Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

This is my favorite dressing that can go with any salad. I always have it in my fridge!

½ cup Water

4 Garlic cloves

2 tbsp Olive oil

¼ cup Balsamic vinegar

½ tbsp Dijon mustard

8 Raw cashews (optional – will give a creamier consistency)

1 tsp Dried oregano

½ tsp Dried basil

½ tsp Onion powder

2 tbsp Lemon juice

1 tbsp Raw honey

Blend all the ingredients at high-speed in a blender until smooth and creamy.
